Welcome to EnkeltCRM ("the service"). By using our service, you accept these terms of use in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the service. You acknowledge that this is a service under active development.

EnkeltCRM is provided by an independent development team ("we", "us", "our"). We are currently running this as a development project to evaluate market demand.

You expressly accept that EnkeltCRM is not under any circumstances responsible for the content that you store or process via the service.

5. Payment and Subscription

Use of the service requires payment according to our current pricing. Payment handling is managed by Stripe. You accept that:

Pay all fees on time according to the subscription plan you have chosen
Provide and update correct billing information processed by Stripe
Your payment information will be handled according to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy
We may change our fees with 30 days notice
The subscription renews automatically until it is canceled
There are no refunds for partially used subscription periods
Payment disputes will be handled according to Stripe's dispute resolution process

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. As an independent development team, we provide no warranties for:

The service's availability, reliability, or functionality
That the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
That errors or defects will be corrected
That the service meets your specific requirements or needs
The continued availability or existence of the service

You expressly acknowledge that you are using a service under development, and you use the service entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither EnkeltCRM nor its developers will under any circumstances be liable for:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, profit, revenue, business opportunities, or use
Business interruption or other commercial damages
Claims from third parties
Any form of damage arising from your use of the service
Issues related to payment processing through Stripe or other third-party services

This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether we have been informed of the possibility of such damage and regardless of whether any limited remedy herein fails of its essential purpose. You specifically agree to hold the individual developers and contributors to the service harmless.

8. Termination

EnkeltCRM may at any time terminate or restrict your access to the service with or without reason, with or without prior notice. You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the service ceases immediately
You remain liable for any unpaid fees
We may delete your content without prior notice

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. Changes take effect immediately after posting on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms of use. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law

These terms of use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms of use shall be settled by Swedish courts with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
